Return Process

  Log into your account portal and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Return Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
