Course :Supply Chain Trade-Offs & Optimisation with AI

This course teaches you the real-world trade-offs and optimization that drive supply chain performance. You’ll learn how procurement, production, inventory, transport, and customer service decisions interact — and sometimes conflict — in ways that affect cost, speed, and service levels. Using hands-on simulation tools, ChainSim and AI such as ChatGPT, you’ll learn to model scenarios, test strategies, and make data-driven decisions under realistic constraints. By the end, you’ll be able to balance competing KPIs, optimize supply chain performance, and apply these skills directly to SAP.
